A Chieftain of the People’s Democratic party PDP, Tijani Sale has dragged the Governorship Candidate of the party Mr. Siminilayi Fubara before the Federal High Court seating in Abuja.
Mr Tijina is praying the court to compel the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC not to recognize Mr. Fubara over Certificate Forgery and not been a registered member Of the party in the State.
