Chairman, Action Peoples Party APP, In Emohua local government Area of Rivers State, Chief Hon. Fubara Ohaka, on Sunday, 29th December 2024, returned Glory to God Almighty for Vindicating him over misjudgment and restoration of his integrity.
Recall that at wee hours on 1st of May 2022, he was whisked away by men of the Nigerian Security services over a trump-up charges levied against him.
The Thanksgiving service, which was held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, ibaa had in attendance The Special Guest of Honour. Sir Siminalayi Fubara, the Executive Governor of Rivers State. DSSRS, Ably represtented by the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Victor Oko-Jumbo, erstwhile Minister for Transport, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, Ably represented by the former Commissioner for Agriculture in Rivers State, Hon. Emmanuel Chinda, Hon. Boniface s. Omerengwa, Member, House of Representatives, Ikwerre and Emohua Consistency, Hon. David Chinedu Omereji, the Executive Chairman of Emohua local government, and his vice, Dr. Patience Ebere Elder Chinedu Tasie, Erstwhile Commissioner for land and Housing and the leader of Simplified Movement in ward 6, Ibaa.

According to the Governor in a Solidarity Message as delivered by the Honourable Speaker, Rt. Hon. Victor Oko-Jumbo, the Governor Comernded Chief Hon. Fubara Ohaka for emerging stronger and assured his continued support to his people cause what affects one affects all.
He said; “Rivers state is now safe from those who think they are God. We thought by now, they would have chased us out”
He further adviced the people of the local government to continue to maintain and sustain a peaceful atmosphere in the local government for more development.
