Are a recent graduate with a minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering or Social Sciences and interested in working with oilserve Nigeria? If Yes, We are seeking ambitious and talented graduates to join our Ingenious Graduate Trainee Program.

Job summary:

This program offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and develop key skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Graduate Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive training program designed to help you grow professionally while contributing to real projects within the company. You will rotate through various departments, work closely with experienced mentors, and develop a deep understanding of the business operations. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a strong academic background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a desire to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

As a graduate trainee,  you will perform the following responsibilities

  • Assist the Line Manager to make organizational improvements and implement required changes.
  • Achieve agreed personal targets and assist Line Manager in achieving agreed team targets.
  • Always abreast with Company policies, processes, and procedures including health and safety and ensure implementation and full compliance.
  • Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the department and/or organization to the Line Manager.
  • Be part of special projects as are reasonably required of the job role from time to time.
  • Ensure full compliance with QHSSE procedures and processes.
  • Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible.
  • Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
  • Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned.
  • Compiling reports and making presentations to other staff members.
  • Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
  • Bringing positive energy into the company and forming lasting professional relationships with staff.
  • Conducting research and assisting the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible.
  • Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
  • Upholding the good name of the company at all times.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by management.

Requirements:

To be successful, applicants must posses the following;

  • 0 – 2 year work experience
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Not older than 28 years
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2.1 in ENGINEERING and Social Sciences
  • Master is an additional advantage
