The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) invites young Nigerians to participate in its Oil & Gas Field Readiness Training Program — a specialized initiative designed to equip participants with top in-demand skills for the industry.
Why Participate in the Program?
This program aims to empower young Nigerians through intensive, hands-on training across 10 high-demand Oil & Gas skill areas, positioning them for employment and participation in upcoming projects within Nigeria’s oil and gas sector — in line with President Bola Tinubu’s directives to boost local capacity and opportunities in the industry.

- Sub-Sea Engineering
- Underwater Welding Engineering
- Control & Automation Engineering
- Drilling Engineering
- Helicopter Piloting
- Marine Operations
- Production & Maintenance Engineering
- QA/QC Engineering (NDT 1–3)
- Geoscience Engineering
- Digitization & Digitalization (AI, IoT, Drones)
Requirements:
- Applicants must hold OND / HND / B.Sc. in Engineering, Sciences, Technology, or related disciplines
- Applicants must be below 35 years of age
