The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, organizational efficiency, and seamless coordination within the workplace. Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies, ensuring availability and ordering as needed.
- Organize and maintain a clean and efficient workspace
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces such as desks, tables, toilets, the kitchen, and other areas within the premises.
- Ensure cleanliness and stock supplies in restrooms.
- Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
- Manage waste bins and replace liners as needed.
- Perform floor care tasks, including polishing, waxing, and carpet cleaning.
- Address spills and stains promptly.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as necessary.
- Maintain a streak-free and clear appearance.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
- Inform supervisors of any maintenance or supply needs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning methods and chemicals.
- Report any safety hazards or issues to supervisors.
- Communicate with colleagues and supervisors regarding cleaning priorities.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure a clean and orderly workspace.
- Run official assignments
- Carry out other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Requirements:
- OND, SSCE or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Attention to detail in cleaning and maintaining a tidy environment.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols.
