A Chief Magistrate Court sitting in PortHarcourt has remanded Mr. Victor Elem, the man accused of defiling a twelve year old physically challenged girl at Ubima, in Ikwerre Local Government Area to PortHarcourt Correctional Centre till March 21st, 2022 when the accused will be arraigned properly.
The accused Mr Elem was arraigned by the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department SCIID.

Mr. Elem was remanded as the Chief Magistrate court presided over by Mr. Kobani Buzugbe did not sit.
Our correspondent who was in court reports that the father of the alleged victim,Eze Eleonu as well as the twelve year old physically challenged girl was also in court.
