Job Summary
Digital Jewels (including Digital Jewels Africa) runs structured graduate trainee opportunities aimed at recent degree holders to gain real professional experience, particularly in information security, compliance assessments, risk, project support, and operational tasks tied to IT services. These program can last about 36 months with performance-based evaluation for potential full-time offers.
Responsibilities
- Supporting IT security and compliance projects
- Assisting with risk assessments, documentation, and reporting
- Learning operational workflows in IT-related client engagements
- Supporting project administration and assessments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (often in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, Business, or related field)
- Interest in IT governance, risk, or project support
- Certifications like CCNA, ITIL, security certificates are an advantage
- Early career or internship experience is usually sufficient
