Job Summary:
- This opportunity is an entry-level role. As Network Planning Engineer (Officer), you will be responsible for conducting surveys designing distribution networks, and analyzing technical data to support lkeja Electric’s network expansion and optimization efforts.
- This role directly reports to the Lead, Distribution Planning and System Integratior (DP&SI).
Responsibilities:
- Site Survey & Design: Conduct field surveys to assess sites for distribution substations, transformers, and line expansions, producing implementable sketches and designs for 11kV and 33kV networks.
- Network Analysis & Optimization: Collate and analyze data on overloaded distribution transformers and feeders, using insights to inform decision-making and network upgrades:
- Technical Reporting: Prepare detailed planning and analysis reports to guide technical management in strategic and operational decisions.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all network designs and planning activities comply with Quality Management Systems, Occupational Health & Safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, system integration, and operations teams to deliver effective network expansion and integration projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum 0-2 years of progressive experience
