We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in executive support, program coordination, stakeholder management, calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, and administrative operations. Candidates with experience in the Banking and Oil & Gas are strongly encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Economics, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Experience within Banking and Oil & Gas, sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience coordinating meetings, projects, executive schedules, travel, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • French language proficiency is an added advantage.
