1) Anaesthetic Technician
Job Summary
The Anaesthetic Technician wil aissst in preparing and maintaining anaesthesia equipment monitoring patients and other anesthesia and ensuring adherence to safety standards throughout surgical procedures. This role requires attention to detail, technical competence and a strong commitment to patient care.
Requirements
- National Diploma (ND), HIND, BSc, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of healthcare experience (compulsory)
- Certification or training in anesthesia technology will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia equipment and procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in emergency situations
2) Emergency Recovery Nurse
Job Summary
The Emergency Recovery nurse will provide expert post-operative and critical care to patients recovering from surgery or emergency interventions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring patients during the critical recovery period ensuring patient safety, responding to complications, απd supporting a smooth transition to general care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) licence BSc Nursing or Post- Basic qualification in Emergency Critical Care, or Preoperative Nursing is preferred
- 3-5 years experience in recovery,emergency or critical care nursing
- Valid certifications in BLS and ACLS (required)
- Strong clinical and decision-making
- Ability to stay composed under pressure and respond quickly in urgent situations Proficient in nursing documentation and use of hospital EMR systerns
3) Head of Nursing Services
Job Summary
The Head of Nursing will be providing strategic leadership, ensuring adherence to clinical standards, fostering professional development, and driving operational excellence within the nursing department, the ideal candidate will be an accomplished nursing professional with a proven track record in leadership, patient care, and healthcare service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BNSC) from a recognised institution Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current and valid license from the Nursing on Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- 8-15 years of progressive nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or supervisory role
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality assurance, and healthcare regulations
4) ICT Officer
Job Summary
ICT Officer will be responsible for managing day to day IT operations, providing technical support, maintaining hardware and software infrastructure and ensuring the efficient functioning of all ICT systems within the hospital. The ideal candidate must be a team player, solution driven, and able to support staff in a fast paced clinical environment .
Requirements
- HND or BSc. in Computer Science, information Technology, or related field
- M.Sc and professional certifications (eg. CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, or CISCO certification) are an added advantage
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or
- hospitality environment Must have completed NYSC
- Candidates residing on the island or within proximity to Vi will be given priority
5) Medical Secretary
Job Summary
Medical Secretary will provide administrative and secretarial support to the hospitals clinical medical teams, ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, and excellent patient service delivery
Requirements
- BSc/HND in any relevant course
- 1-3 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a health care setting (compulsory)
- NYSC Discharge Certificate is a compulsory requirement
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
6) Perioperative Nurse
Job Summary
Perioperative Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. You will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists and other health care professionals to ensure the highest standards of patients care and safety is maintained throughout the perioperative process
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current practicing license
- Perioperative Nursing Certificate is mandatory
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years post-qualification experience as a Perioperative Nurse
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
