Facility Supervisor at Beamco Nigeria Limited

Beamco Nigeria Limited is a Nigerian-owned Company that was incorporated in 1980. Our Board of Directors consists of Nigerian professionals with vast experience in a wide range of businesses, engineering fields and sectors.

We are seeking highly qualified and experienced Facility Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, record and respond to staff complaints or maintenance requests, coordinating and updating work orders.
• Conduct periodic inspections and preventive maintenance of all company facilities and accommodation
• Plan, budget, and execute maintenance and repair works ensuring cost effectiveness, quality and timely completion.
• Oversee contractors, maintenance teams, build strong relationships with service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies while driving continuous improvement in service delivery
• Technical knowledge of building materials and systems (Plumbing, electrical, HVAC etc)

Requirements

• B.sc Facilities Management/ Estate Management
• 5 years experience in facility management
• IT Knowledge- Microsoft 365, Internet skills.
