Job Description

As a Field Service Specialist, you’ll provides offshore and onshore support to customers and BH for Subsea installation, maintenance, repair HPU, operation and decommissioning of controls Subsea equipment and services.

Responsibilities Include; Coordinating and overseeing work at the a field site, providing quality service to the customer
Performing on-site installation and decommissioning of BH SPS Controls systems and equipment, Perform Well Control operations during Light/ heavy weight intervention (Rig-less/ Rig base)
Install/Maintain, Refurbished and Upgraded Electrical Control Equipment ranging from HPUs, IWOCS reels, Master control units, Xmas trees to EDP/ LRPs VCT, and, Jumpers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Mechanical Engineering fields (or a high school diploma / GED with proven experience in Engineering/Technology)
  • Be a good team player and display good communication skills with interest in work related travel.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge working on subsea production systems
  • Be a natural, proactive communicator with good customer service skills
  • Have 4 years’ experience on Subsea/Surface Wellhead and Production Equipment
  • Have a Mechanical / Hydraulic apprenticeship with significant offshore experience in a Surface / Subsea environment
  • Have a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate ( please indicate clearly on resume)
