1. Job Title: Executive Assistant.
Job Summary:
As an Executive Assistant, you are required to be highly organised and proactive.
This role requires exceptional administrative skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will provide strategic support in ensuring smooth operations and effective time management for the Executive Office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support to the Executive office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and decision-making support.
- Manage the executive’s calendars, including scheduling internal/external meetings, prioritising appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Organise and coordinate all travel logistics (local and international), including visa processing, accommodation, transport, itineraries, and travel expense reports.
- Draft, edit, and prepare quality reports, presentations, memos, emails, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism, as required.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Executive Office and internal departments, clients, partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Attend executive and strategic meetings, take clear and accurate minutes, and track deliverables to ensure timely execution of action items.
- Maintain and manage confidential records, legal documents, and sensitive company information with utmost discretion and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support in the preparation and execution of board meetings, senior leadership reviews, strategy sessions, and external speaking engagements.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for executive engagements, public appearances, investor or regulatory meetings, and company events.
- Conduct research and gather information on key topics to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Anticipate needs and take initiative in addressing issues before they arise, ensuring the Executive is always well-prepared and informed.
- Handle On-demand requests and special projects with professionalism, urgency, and discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related Engineering Field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives or senior management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

2. Job Title: Business Development Executive (Engineering Background)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a technically proficient and commercially driven Business Development Executive with a solid background in engineering or field operations within the oil & gas sector. The ideal candidate will combine their understanding of technical services and project delivery with client-facing experience to identify opportunities, drive commercial growth, and strengthen relationships across key accounts for the company.
This role is ideal for former field engineers or service/operations engineers who are passionate about working in a client-facing capacity or are transitioning into business development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil & gas, energy, and related sectors.
- Leverage technical knowledge to understand client pain points and match them with the company’s services/solutions.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and technical presentations to showcase company capabilities.
- Respond to RFQs, develop commercial proposals, and support bid submissions with relevant technical input.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Serve as a technical-commercial liaison between clients and internal teams (engineering, operations, supply chain).
- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client companies, including procurement, engineering, and operations contacts.
- Track ongoing projects or client needs and proactively position the company to offer support or value-added solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular communication and problem-solving.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in industry regulations or technologies.
- Provide insight to internal teams on client technical requirements and support service optimization or new product development.
- Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and client sites to stay up to date and build market presence.

Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND in any Engineering related field
- 3–6 years’ experience in the oil & gas or energy services industry, with at least 2 years in a field, service, or engineering role (e.g., Field Engineer)
- Prior exposure to commercial, client-facing, or business development activities is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of upstream/downstream oil & gas operations, client expectations, and technical service delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, SAP
3. Job Title: Electronics Lab Engineer
Job Summary:
The Electronics Laboratory Engineer will be responsible for the testing, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic instrumentation and equipment used in field operations and base support. This role demands strong hands-on experience in managing electronics and control systems, particularly those used in oilfield tools, measurement devices, and surface/downhole electronics.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent diagnostic abilities, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to operate in a high-pressure service-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of electronic instrumentation.
- Calibrate sensors, transducers, meters, and logging tools to industry standards.
- Set up and execute test protocols for both prototype and field-used equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faults in PCBs, circuit components, control boards, and telemetry systems.
- Use diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
- Maintain accurate service reports, calibration certificates, fault logs, and repair records.
- Generate technical reports for non-conformities and recommend improvements.
- Maintain inventory of lab tools, test equipment, spares, and consumables.
- Ensure all electronic equipment is in serviceable condition before field dispatch.
- Provide technical support to field engineers during pre-deployment equipment checks.
- Work closely with field service teams to understand equipment failures and field performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards, ISO procedures, and industry best practices.
- Ensure all laboratory activities meet company and client quality assurance standards.
- Mentor junior technicians or interns on electronic systems maintenance and repair practices.
- Participate in OEM training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a similar discipline
- Minimum of Second Class Upper/Upper Credit
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and systems
- Proficiency in using electronic testing and measurement equipment

4. Job Title: Cost Controller
Job Summary:
The Cost Controller will manage, track, and optimise costs associated with oil field services and rig operations. This position works closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Vendor Management teams to ensure spending is aligned with budgets and contracts, and supports the organisation’s drive for cost efficiency and financial discipline.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a detailed and regularly updated cost tracker spreadsheet of all materials, equipment, and services used in rig operations.
- Ensure the cost sheet includes unit prices, vendors, frequency of purchase, delivery timelines, and usage metrics.
- Support the development and management of standard cost libraries for commonly used rig services and consumables.
- Work alongside the Supply Chain team to review and compare vendor quotations.
- Analyze pricing structures, delivery schedules, and service terms.
- Conduct price benchmarking exercises across similar vendors and contracts.
- Participate in negotiations to drive cost savings without compromising quality or operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to shortlist and recommend preferred vendors based on price, performance history, payment terms, and compliance.
- Maintain a preferred vendor matrix for rig-related categories (e.g., diesel, spares, transport, catering, third-party rig support).
- Ensure that Purchase Orders (POs) reflect accurate quantities, unit prices, cost centers, and tax codes.
- Verify compliance with internal control policies and approved budgets.
- Validate that PO amounts align with contracts and actual service delivery.
- Provide real-time cost data, variance reports, and forecasting insights to Project Managers, Finance Controllers, and Executives.
- Analyse deviations between budgeted and actual spend, highlighting root causes and risk areas.
- Support preparation of AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) and post-job cost review packs.
- Monitor spending against approved AFE, job cost sheets, and budgets.
- Flag potential overruns and support escalation and reforecasting processes.
- Reconcile vendor invoices against delivery reports and POs.
- Ensure all cost documentation (quotes, invoices, PO copies, contracts, delivery notes) are stored and archived systematically.
- Support internal audits by providing cost backup and audit trails.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- ICAN/ACCA Membership will be an added advantage
- 3+ years in cost control, preferably in an oil and gas environment.
- Familiarity with SAP software for cost tracking and reporting.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modelling).
- Understanding of oil and gas procurement and logistics.
5. Job Title: Accounts Payable Support
Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable Support will play a critical role in the day-to-day financial operations of the company by ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of supplier invoices, vendor account reconciliation, and payment disbursements. This position will work closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams to maintain integrity in the procure-to-pay (P2P) process and uphold strong internal controls around cash outflows.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling high volumes of transactions while maintaining accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities:
- Process and review supplier invoices and staff expense claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Match invoices with purchase orders (POs), goods received notes (GRNs), and contracts where applicable.
- Verify proper approvals and account coding before processing payment
- Prepare payment runs (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) via bank transfers or cheque.
- Maintain and update vendor records in the ERP system (e.g., SAP, SAGE, or QuickBooks).
- Reconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in monthly accruals, ageing reports, and audit documentation.
- Track due dates for payment obligations and ensure timely settlement
- Collaborate with procurement and operations departments to resolve invoice discrepancies or delays.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing process by ensuring accurate AP entries and schedules.
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable position or related role·
- Experience working in a structured organization, preferably in oil & gas, engineering services, or logistics.
- Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, SAGE, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
