HYPREP Technical Skill Programme 2025.

• HYPREP was established under the Federal Ministry of Environment to achieve the under listed objectives in Ogoniland and other impacted communities:
• Determine the scope, means and modalities of remediation of soil and ground water contamination in impacted communities as may be recommended by HYPREP Governing Council and remedy them.
• Enhance local capacity for better environmental management and promote awareness of sound environmental management as well as ensure livelihoods and sustainable development.
• Ensure security and promote peace building efforts in impacted communities.
• Strengthen governance, transparency and accountability in the region.

Application are invited from Suitably qualified Candidates to apply for the following Skill Programs

1. Mechatronics & Instrumentation Training

Requirements:

• Applicant must be 18 years and above.
• Must be physically fit.
• Must have a minimum of a credit in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English language.
• Further Mathematics is an added advantage.
• BSc or HND in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering is also an added advantage.

2. Creative Arts Training

Are you a vibrant, young, and charming Ogoni youth with the desire to join the Entertainment Industry?
Your dream can be realized through the HYPREP Livelihood Programme in Creative Arts (Entertainment, Acting, Music etc.)

Requirements

• Applicant must have a minimum of a credit in Five (5) subjects including English Language, Literature.
• Ability to speak other Nigerian Languages is an added advantage
• Must be from Ogoni
• Must be 18 years and above

3. Aviation Training

Requirements:

• Must be between 18 and 35 years.
• Must have a good command of the English Language.
• Must be physically fit
• And at least 5.2 meters tall.

4. Seafarers Training

Requirements:

• Applicant must be
• 18 years and above.
• Must be physically fit.
• Must have a minimum of a credit in Mathematics, Geography, and English language.
• Further Mathematics is an added advantage.
• BSc or HND in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering is also an added advantage.
