Ardrend Limited is an innovative engineering company that specializes in providing advanced blasting, corrosion management, and robotic tank cleaning solutions to various industries such as oil and gas, marine, production, aeronautics, engineering, manufacturing, and energy.

We are seeking for qualified candidates to join our team in the following positions:

1) Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical proposals for project bids and tenders.
• Carry out project site inspections/feasibility study, write report on findings and give recommendations.
• Carry out pre-project site survey to develop project design and eliminate and solve anticipated challenges to project delivery.
• Review project inspection and test plan (ITP), work method statement and safety policies with QAQC Manager.
• Prepare project schedule, Personnel Assignment plans, Equipment assignment plan, procurement plan for the completion of all work described Contract Agreement per the Scope of Work and Technical Requirements.
• Perform engineering calculations and design scheme or project concept using computer-aided design (CAD)
• Prepare CAD drawings of site layout and position for equipment to be spotted on site.
• Ensure the project complies with applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Petroleum, Marine, or related discipline).
• Professional certifications or training in project management, robotics, inspection, or QA/QC are desirable.
• 2-5 years’ relevant experience in site operations, project execution, engineering support, or technical field operations.
• Proven experience supporting project supervisors or managers on construction, inspection, or industrial project sites.
• Hands-on experience with site surveys, feasibility studies, project planning, and execution.
• Exposure to robotic operations (ROVS, NDT tools, inspection equipment) is a strong advantage.

2) Site Supervisor

Job Summary

Site Supervisors who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations on project sites, coordinating vendors & suppliers, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.

Requirements

• HND/BSC in related Mechanical/Petrochemical Engineering and any other related Engineering field.
• Four (4) years in a similar position.
• NEBOSH/or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Ability to prioritize and manage several tasks on projects.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Project) and AutoCAD
• Possess understanding of business-critical scenarios in terms of site management and safety.

3) QA/QC Lead

Job Summary

QAQC Lead to take up responsibility for the development, implementation, and management of the Company’s Quality Control-Quality Assurance Program, the coordination, performance, and completion of all inspection and testing services of Clients’ project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or equivalent.
• 10 plus years progressive work experience in a similar field.
• Extensive knowledge of quality assurance/quality control skills and procedures.
• Ability to perform a broad range of duties in quality assurance and quality control functions including the policy and procedure development.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards API, ASME, FMEA, SPC, Control
• Plans, and MSA requirements and documentation
• Experience in an ISO-9000/2015 quality environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and AutoCAD
• Possess understanding of business-critical scenarios in terms of site management and safety.
