We are recruiting qualified candidates to join our team as a Retail Operations Manager and Station Manager

Job Summary

You will oversee day-to-day station activities, ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations, manage people and resources, and make sure all staff work in line with Eterna’s policies, standards, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND or BSc
• 1–3 years’ experience
• High level of integrity
• Positive, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems under pressure and motivate teams
• Strong analytical, organisational and attention-to-detail skills; able to work both independently and in teams
