Prime Atlantic Cegelec (PACE) Limited is an indigenous Nigerian company dedicated to effecting development and building capacity in the Nigerian oil and gas industry. It was established in 2005 and successfully partnered with Cegelec, France (now Vinci Energies Oil and Gas) to establish the Joint Venture, PACE.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to join our team in the following positions below;

1. Construction Manager

The Construction manager serves as the primary on-site liaison between the client and contractors during offshore or onshore construction activities. This role ensures that all operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction management within oil & gas projects.
  • Chartered Engineer with BSc (A-Levels + 5 years study) or Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or equivalent in in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
  • Computer and Software Literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint competency), SAP…

2. Senior Planner

Management and co-ordination of Planners Team. The Senior Planner is responsible for developing short and medium-term improvement methods, Support offshore operations. He participate in the definition of long-term maintenance planning (includes time schedule and resources definition). Process quality work orders and produce work packs, follow the Work Management standard (OIMS), that significantly attribute to safe and reliable operations

Requirements:

  • Equivalent of B.Sc. Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering (2.1),
  • 10 years of general industrial maintenance, with 5 years assignment in the oil/gas industry.
  • Competence/experience in the relevant specialties (static and rotating equipment, electricity, instrument),
  • Experience in CMMS (SAP/Maximo) and Microsoft Office Suite

3. The Business Support & Invoice Administrator

The Business Support & Invoice Administrator (Project Officer) is responsible for managing invoicing processes, financial documentation, and administrative support for oil & gas operations. This role ensures accurate billing, compliance with Client’s contractual and financial standards, and timely reporting to internal and client stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in invoice administration or business support in oil & gas or industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with invoicing and procurement systems (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian tax and financial compliance standards.

4. Planner

The Planner is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing project schedules and resource plans for oil & gas operations, including exploration, drilling, production, and construction. This role ensures that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget, while meeting all regulatory and contractual requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in field of Maintenance on offshore oil and gas installations, with experience in electrical / instrument / mechanical discipline.
  • Chartered Engineer with BSc (A-Levels + 5 years study) or Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or equivalent in in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Equivalent of B.Sc. Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering (2.1),
  • 5 years of general industrial maintenance, with 5 years assignment in the oil/gas industry.
  • Competence/experience in the craft (static and rotating equipment, electricity, instrument),
  • Experience in CMMS (SAP/Maximo) and Microsoft Office Suite

5. Offshore Construction Superintendent

The Offshore Construction Superintendent serves as the primary on-site liaison between the client and contractors during offshore or onshore construction, maintenance, and commissioning activities. This role ensures that all operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in field of Maintenance on offshore oil and gas installations, with experience in electrical / instrument / mechanical discipline.
  • Chartered Engineer with BSc (A-Levels + 5 years study) or Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or equivalent in in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • A knowledge of the principles related to the process and equipment of oil and gas installations.
  • Computer and Software Literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint competency), SAP

6. Material Support Technician

The Material Support Technician is responsible for managing the flow of tools, equipment, and materials essential for drilling, production, and maintenance operations. This role ensures timely delivery, accurate inventory tracking, and safe handling of materials in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or technical certification in logistics, supply chain, or industrial operations.
  • 4 years of experience in material handling within oil & gas or heavy industry.
  • Familiarity with Client’s material control procedures and ERP systems.
  • Basic understanding of electrical, instrument, mechanical parts, welding materials, piping components, and structural steel.

7. Offshore Construction Supervisor

The Offshore Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction activities on offshore sites such as oil platforms, wind farms, or subsea installations. This role ensures that operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in field of Maintenance on offshore oil and gas installations, with experience in electrical / instrument / mechanical discipline.
  • Chartered Engineer with BSc (A-Levels + 5 years study) or Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or equivalent in in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Computer and Software Literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint competency), SAP

8. Safety Coordinator

The Safety Coordinatoris responsible for the reliability and integrity of all safety equipment. He is responsible for all preventive maintenance on safety equipment on board (as per list below), ensure the follow-up and highlight all deviation with COMPANY’s procedures. He is to help management to have a prompt vision of the HSE activities and performances in the various locations.

Requirements:

  • Higher National Diploma or Certificate – HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent, or relevant experience of more than 15 years related to HSE in the Oil&Gas.
  • 5 years experience in Oil&Gas operations field
  • Specific professional knowledge in HSE related to Oil&Gas activities, like but not only :
  • Accreditation for checking extinguisher on yearly basis.
  • Accreditation for checking life jacket
  • Accreditation for checking and testing the isolating breathing apparatus
  • Accreditation for checking the safety harness
  • Accreditation for checking the foam system on the FWP
  • Accreditation for checking the gas detector
