Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Midwifery Lecturers to join our faculty at our newly established nursing school. As a Midwifery Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students, preparing them for professional practice in midwifery.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in midwifery.
  • Design and assess course content and assignments to ensure alignment with learning outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering their professional growth and clinical competence.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum development and participate in departmental activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in midwifery clinical practice or education.
  • Registered Midwife (RM) with a Bachelor’s degree in Midwifery.
  • PGD in education is required
  • Demonstrated ability to teach and assess students effectively using innovative teaching methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to student-centered learning.
