Photos: Rivers Govt. Seals Hotel belonging to Samuel Nwanosike

A newly Constructed Hotel, five-storey building which is located at GRA area of Port Harcourt have been sealed by the Rivers State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development for violation of development control and non compliance with building regulations.

The hotel is believed to be owned by
Nwanosike, a loyalists of FCT Minister Nyesom Wike and former Chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Council.

Sources who spoke to our correspondent said that the initial approval given for the hotel was for a four-storey building considering the topography of the area but the owner; Dr. Nwanosike increased the level to five.

Nwanosike, one of the local government Chairmen whose tenure expired on June 18th has been very critical of Governor Fubara following his fallout with former governor Nyesom Wike..
