Powercell Limited is a Nigerian company focused on renewable energy and power systems, including UPS systems, solar energy solutions, voltage regulators and batteries.
We are seeking enthusiastic, curious, and driven graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in renewable energy systems, power infrastructure, and engineering operations to join our team in the 2026 Graduate Trainee Program.
Responsibilities
- Support project execution and site inspections
- Assist with installation and maintenance of solar, inverter, UPS, and power systems
- Learn system design, operations, and basic troubleshooting
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and data analysis
- Work closely with senior engineers and technical teams
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Engineering or related technical field
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Basic understanding of electrical or energy systems is a plus
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
