We are recruiting qualified candidates to join our team in the following positions
1) Procurement Officer
Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and services for projects and operations.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement within the procurement function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/procurement software.
- Membership in relevant professional body (CIPS, CIPSMN, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
2) Cost Control Officer
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cost control systems, procedures, and reports.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with budgets.
- Perform cost variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Support project managers in financial planning and forecasting.
- Prepare and review cost reports for management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in cost control, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost management software/tools.
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or related) is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
