Manpower Supply, Procurement, Engineering Design,
Project Financing, Marine Support Services, Project and Integrity Management. It aims to be a force and significant player across the entire value chain of the oil & gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Industrial and Construction industry in Africa and beyond.

We are recruiting qualified candidates to join our team in the following positions

1) Procurement Officer

Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and services for projects and operations.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement within the procurement function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/procurement software.
  • Membership in relevant professional body (CIPS, CIPSMN, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

2) Cost Control Officer

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain cost control systems, procedures, and reports.
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with budgets.
  • Perform cost variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support project managers in financial planning and forecasting.
  • Prepare and review cost reports for management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in cost control, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost management software/tools.
  • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or related) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
