The Rivers State Civil Service Commission is a statutorily constituted executive body authorized to oversee the development and administration of the state’s civil service system. It also has power to make appointments, exercise disciplinary control and remove persons holding or acting in offices within the civil service.
Following the deadline of the application Process, The Commission on their quest to run a transparent recruitment exercise is inviting Applicants for Interview beginning from 11th September to 15th September 2023.

The Rivers State Civil Service Commission is by this announcement informing all those who applied for the Civil Service employment and have successfully written the online test to check their mail on the 9th of September for an invite for interview that will hold at the Rivers State Civil Service Commission, State Secretariat Complex from the 11th September to 15th September 2023.
General Requirements:
- Applicants must posses a Recent passport Photograph.
- Applicants must posses a First School leaving Certificate.
- Applicants must posses WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB.
- Applicants must posses a University Degree (Bs.c, HND, ND) and other professional Certificate/Evidence of current practice license and with registration with professional regulatory bodies.
- Applicants must posses a Local Government Identification.
- Applicants must posses Birth Certificate or Affidavit of Age Declaration.
- Applicants must posses a National Youth Service Corps(NYCS) Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
- Applicants must not be below 18 years and Abive 50 years.
