RUMUEKPE WOMEN PROTEST LACK OF GOVERNMENT PRESENCE IN THEIR COMMUNITY.

Rumuekpe Women protest against the wickedness of The State Government under the current leadership of Barr. E.N Wike in Emohua local Government area, Rivers State

The women who stormed the streets in their Numbers says they have been abandoned leaving them, their Children and Husband with their faith.

According to them, they said ordinary Healthcare center they don’t have not to talk about road or electricity as a host community to several oil companies.

According to One of the protesters who spoke in anonymity, questions the State government over there plan to stop bunkering in the Community when He Governor Wike Have refused to acknowledge their presence as part of Rivers State and a community under Emohua Local Government Area. She said ” Governor wike have refused to give us light, road or hospital even our Children doesn’t have job and he wants to stop bunkering, we will Shell from operating in our land”

The women have also threatened to join their Sons and daughters in crippling every activities of the Oil companies in the land.
