Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored engineering solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions to showcase the capabilities of our solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer inquiries, provide technical expertise, and assist in proposal development.
- Perform system integration, configuration, and customization to ensure seamless implementation of our solutions.
- Provide technical support to customers during the pre-sales and post-sales phases, troubleshooting issues and resolving technical challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and quality assurance, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product development and enhance our offerings.
- Document technical specifications, user guides, and best practices to support customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or engineering sector.
- Proficient in the use of AUTOCAD and Data Analysis.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences, including customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
