We are recruiting qualified candidates to join our team in the following positions:
1) Senior Quantity Surveyor
Experience: 10 years
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs for construction projects based on drawings, specifications, and site visits.
- Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
- Analyze and evaluate tender documents and bids.
- Prepare cost reports and forecasts.
- Manage and administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with contract.
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process.
2) Project Architecture
Experience: 7 years
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control.
- Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with clients.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors during construction.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
3) Finance Manager
Experience: 10 years
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives
- Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to establish financial targets and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic business decisions.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow, monitor liquidity, and optimize working capital
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting.
4) Project Engineer
Experience: 10 years
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Prepare engineering drawings and specifications.
- Conduct structural and geotechnical analyses.
- Monitor and supervise construction activities.
- Inspect work to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
- Resolve construction issues and disputes.
- Implement safety measures and procedures.
5) Accountant
Experience: 5 years
Responsibilities
- Prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Manage month-end accounting including reconciliation and journals
- Prepare financial analysis for new business opportunities, partnerships, and inventory
- Determine cost-effective alternatives for current and future projects
- Support reconciliations of daily financial activities-accounts payables and receivables.
- Oversee and organize financial management of existing projects
- Implement plans to achieve overall cost efficiency.
6) Corporate Communication Officer
Experience: 5 years
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute communication strategies, plans, and campaigns to convey the organization’s messages, values, and priorities to internal and external audiences.
- Write, edit, and produce various communication materials, including press releases, articles. newsletters, reports, speeches, presentations, and website content.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists pitch stories, arrange interviews, and coordinate media coverage to increase visibility and positive publicity
- Respond to inquiries, requests, and feedback from stakeholders, manage issues or crises, and provide timely and accurate information.
- Coordinate internal communication initiatives including employee newsletters, town hall meetings, and staff briefings, to inform, engage, and motivate employees.
