2024 Application Portal opens for SIWE & Industrial Training Students at Warri Refining & Petrochemical Company Limited

Warri Refining & Petrochemical Company Limited (WRPC), located in Warri, Delta State and established in 1978, is one of Nigeria’s three refineries under the management of NNPCL.

COMMENCEMENT Of STUDENTS INDUSTRIAL WORK EXPERIENCE SCHEME (SIWES) INDUSTRIAL TRAINING (IT) STUDENTS IN-TAKES IN WRPC

Recall that during the COVID-19 in 2020 there was a Corporate-wide directive that NNPC workforce should work remotely from home, while few staff left in
the office and the Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme
(SIWES)/Industrial Training (IT) students were stopped to avoid contacting COVID-19 virus diseases.

However, we wish to inform the staff of WRPC/ Public that Management has approved the engagement of the underlisted Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme
(SIWES)/Industrial Training (T) Students from Polytechnics and Universities in
WRPC.

  • ITs. l year
  • SIWES. 6 Months
  • SIWES. 3 Months

Compulsory attachments

  • Application for I.T.
  • Photocopy of last school fees receipt attached.
  • Photocopy of current and valid school iD card attached
  • Original signed and stamped SIWES letter from the school.
  • Two pass-port photographs of the applicant attached

Method of Application

Interested and qualified students who are desirous of having the above programmes with WRPC are by this notice requested to submit their application with the listed attachments above at HCM office by the sliding gate.

Application Deadline: 31st May, 2024
