The Berger Paints Nigeria Graduate Trainee Scheme is designed to develop young, talented graduates into future leaders within our organization. Responsibilities.

• Participate in structured training sessions across various departments.
• Gain hands-on experience through rotational assignments in relevant business units.

Available Areas:

1. Chemistry

Requirements:

• Must have completed NYSC with 1-2 years of post-NYSC experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from a recognized institution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for learning and career growth in the manufacturing and industrial
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

2. Sales and Marketing.

Requirements:

• Must have completed NYSC with 1-2 years of post-NYSC experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, or Marketing or related fields from a recognized institution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for learning and career growth in the manufacturing and industrial sector.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

3. Accounting:

• Must have completed NYSC with 1-2 years of post-NYSC experience.
