Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Business Analyst at Sahara Group, you will:
- Support the management of operational and financial performance across assigned business entities.
- Work with a variety of data sources — including market, operational, project, and financial data — to generate insights and provide actionable recommendations.
- Gain hands-on experience in performance monitoring, financial modelling, strategy development, and decision support.
- Participate in work operations across four key areas:
- Market Industry Research
- Data Collection & Analysis
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Stakeholder Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline within the Social or Management Sciences.
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Completion of the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Programme.
Required Skills and Competencies:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities and skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools (an added advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Learning agility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated critical and innovative thinking
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and stakeholder management skills
