Job Summary

NUTM is seeking a confident and persuasive communicator with a proactive and target-driven mindset to serve as the first point of contact for prospective students. The successful candidate will actively engage prospective students and convert leads into applicants.

Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call centre, or sales roles.
• Proven experience in cold calling and lead conversion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, organized, and customer-focused.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
