Hypercity Retail Store is seeking to engage a highly competent and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee all warehouse operations

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, operational accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure productivity targets are met
• Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods efficiently
• Ensure accurate inventory control and periodic stock reconciliation
• Minimize stock losses, damages, and operational discrepancies
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Collaborate effectively with procurement, inventory, and store management teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse management (Retail/FMCG experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse best practices
• Demonstrated leadership and people management capability
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism, discipline, and integrity
• Well-mannered, respectful, and able to maintain strong working relationships.
