Dispatch Riders Requirements to operate in Port Harcourt.

The Rivers State Government has release the required documents needed to operate in the city of Port Harcourt and Obio/Akpor.

Recall that the Governor of Rivers had on January 9th in a state wide broadcast held in Government house Port Harcourt banned the operations of dispatch riders in the city of Port Harcourt and Obio/Akpor local Government area.

WIke in his new year address said the identities of those operating with Motorcycle either private or Commercial use must receive an approval from the Governor’s office.

The Requirements For Dispatch Riders In Rivers State include;

1. Genuine identification by riders
2. Tax clearance
3. Police clearance
4. Genuine particulars of bike
5. Payment of 5k as operation permit
6. Application stating reason for business.
