We are recruiting to fill the following vacancies as a graduate trainee

1. Job Title: Human Resources Trainee

Job Summary:

This entry-level opportunity is designed to provide hands-on exposure across core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, HR operations, and compliance, within a fast-paced and structured work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, update databases (both digital and physical), and assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and feedback collection. Help address basic staff inquiries and escalate complex issues to the HR Leaders.
• Assist in coordinating training sessions, tracking employee participation, maintaining learning records, and compiling post-training evaluations.
• Learn and help implement HR policies, labour law updates, and internal guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and reports.
• Support the collation and filing of performance appraisal data and help organise review meetings as required.
• Contribute to ongoing HR improvement projects and initiatives, including digitization, process updates, and employee surveys.
• Perform other HR-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR functions and a desire to build a career in human resources.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.

2. Job Title: Procurement Trainee

Job Summary:

As a Procurement Trainee at Geoplex Drillteq Limited, you will support the procurement team in executing sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain activities. You will be expected to learn and adhere to procurement policies, establish and maintain supplier relationships, and contribute to the efficient delivery of materials and services across necessary parties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and issuance of purchase orders and procurement documents
• Support the sourcing and evaluation of vendors, quotes, and suppliers
• Track and monitor open orders, delivery timelines, and supplier performance as required
• Maintain the procurement database, supplier records, and inventory logs
• Assist in coordinating the logistics of procured materials
• Collaborate with internal departments to clarify material or service requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and standards
• Participate in cost comparison and reporting of procurement operations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supply Chain Coordinator

Requirements:

• BSc in an Engineering, Economics, Statistics or any related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Procurement/Inventory control role.
• Experience working in a structured organisation, preferably in an oil & gas setting.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suites, SAP and other logistics/procurement software
