IT Administrator, Front Desk Officer needed at Pimo-Mafuta Energies Limited

Pimo-Mafuta Energies is a Nigerian owned energy company operating in the oil & gas space. We have over 22 years of deep sector experience providing value to our customers. Our services cut across Well Construction, Offshore & Onshore Pile Installation, Offshore Structure Decommissioning, Facilities Maintenance, HVAC & Power Generation.

We are recruiting qualified candidates to join our team in the following positions:

1. IT Administrator

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or in a similar capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Linux systems, networks, and cyber security principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) will be an advantage.
• Solid understanding of backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently or collaboratively within a team.

2. Front Desk Executive

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to work efficiently in a team and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Demonstrates a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Possession of a valid NYSC certificate is mandatory
