We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team in the following positions:
1) Senior Procurement Officer
Job Summary
The Senior Procurement Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the procurement department, coordinating with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries, and resolving shortages, delayed deliveries, and other procurement-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate overall procurement operations.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
- Manage supplier sourcing, tendering, and vendor selection.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms with suppliers.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
- Review procurement requests and recommend sourcing methods.
- Coordinate contract administration and performance monitoring.
- Prepare procurement reports and spend analyses.
- Supervise and guide procurement team members.
- Improve procurement processes, systems, and controls.
- Act on behalf of the Procurement Manager when required.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Social Sciences from a reputable university.
- Professional procurement certifications are required.
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2) Project Management Office (PMO) Engineer
Job Summary
The PMO Engineer will strengthen project governance and execution excellence across the company’s Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) portfolio through project planning, monitoring, reporting, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Drive PMO governance and oversight across projects.
- Develop, monitor, and report project performance indicators, including budget, schedule, execution documentation, and profitability.
- Implement standardized project execution methodologies and cost-efficient delivery models.
- Lead project controls functions, including forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting dashboards.
- Develop and maintain standardized project management tools, templates, and reporting systems.
- Conduct project performance audits, reviews, and recovery planning for underperforming projects.
- Champion value engineering, continuous improvement, and lessons-learned processes across projects.
- Drive resource planning, allocation, and optimization across project portfolios.
- Manage project risks, subcontractors, and commercial performance across project sites.
- Define, track, and enforce project KPIs in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual obligations, HSE requirements, and industry best practices.
- Build and sustain high-performing project teams through training, accountability, and performance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–6 years’ experience in project delivery, project controls, or PMO functions within the MEP or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, scheduling, and performance reporting.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, ERP systems, and Power BI (or equivalent reporting tools).
- Professional certification (COREN/NSE) is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive structure, discipline, and performance in project environments.
