Job Summary

Dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor with a proven track record of overseeing technicians, coordinating temporary workers, and ensuring the smooth operation of various building systems. Possessing excellent organizational skills, the ability to adhere to schedules, and a hands-on approach to maintenance tasks. Proficient in monitoring and maintaining HVAC, ELV, plumbing, and other facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Technicians and ensure the shift roaster is adhered to without gaps.
  • Coordinate the temporary workers for any cleaning, loading, and offloading work.
  • Update daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly checklists and work with it.
  • Supervise and assist Technicians for any servicing work.
  • Go around the building and check all appliances such as HVAC, ELV, and plumbing fitting as per the checklist and ensure no abnormalities.
  • Monitor the cleaning work in and out of the building.
  • Assist in any other maintenance job carried out in the building e.g. Sewage treatment plant, electrical job, etc.
  • Report to the facilities manager any observation of abnormal operation of any equipment e.g., Lift, Sewage, treatment plant, chillers, AHU, etc.
  • Prepare Utility bills for the tenants.
  • Assist the facilities manager in administrative work.
  • Manage diesel.
  • Perform other responsibilities delegated by my line manager, HOD or management.
  • Cover up for the Facilities Manager when he is on leave.

Requirements:

  • HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering but preferably Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the real estate industry. COREN registration is an advantage.
