Responsibilities:

• Drive the acquisition of new customers and manage existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Actively promote the bank’s products and services in line with assigned targets and strategic goals.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and initiatives to support product growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal customer solutions.
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful marketing experience within the Nigerian banking or related sector.
• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian financial services
• landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Age not exceeding 35 years
• Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant digital
• tools.
