Civil Defence, Immigration and Prisons Service Board (CDIPB) was established by Decree No.14 of July, 1986 as the “Customs, Immigration and Prisons Services Board” under the Chairmanship of the Honorable Minister of Internal Affairs.

The Nigeria Immigration Service is governmental organization responsible for border security and migration management in Nigeria. It was established by the Act of Parliament in 1963.

If you applied for the Just Concluded Recruitment exercise that ended on 30th January, 2023 this is for you.

We are glad to inform you that the commission has announced Physical Screening on 14th- 28 June, 2023.

This is to inform all candidates who applied for the recruitment into Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) to visit their mail Box to check if you are amongst those shortlisted as well as print your invitation letter for the Screening Exercise.

How to Check your Name.

  • Kindly visit https://im.cdcfib.career/
  • Enter your details (ID Number and Phone) to verify if you qualify for the Physical Screening as Shown below.

Successful Applicants should kindly Follow the Steps below to Check/verify if you have been enlisted for the next stage via your e-mail

  • Kindly Login in to to your Email account used during the registration.
  • Click On your Inbox, Carefully reading your Mail for a possible message from NIS.

Note that Message can also be delivered to your Sperm, Important or Promotion folder’s

kindly Note that the Mail you will receive details the Venue, Time and Date Scheduled for you.

Important Message:

  • All candidates are advised to adhere strictly to the date and time Scheduled in their message as failure may lead to disqualification.
  • Screening is Basically by Invitation.
