Pigging Field Supervisor at LES Energy Services

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate pigging operations for oil and gas pipelines.
  • Lead a team of field technicians to ensure safe and efficient execution of pigging activities.
  • Conduct pre-job planning, including risk assessments and resource allocation.
  • Monitor pigging progress and provide real-time support to resolve any operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all stages of the pigging process.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize pigging schedules and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of pigging activities, including inspection reports and equipment maintenance logs.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pigging efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in pigging operations within the oil and gas industry (at least 5 years).
  • API certified.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of pigging equipment, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Ability to work in challenging outdoor environments and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
