Job Summary
ElectricSol Limited is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and drive our program initiatives, ensuring effective execution in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of organizational programs.
- Ensure programs are completed on time and within budget.
- Work closely with donor bodies and other grant-making organizations.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Utilize data analytics and advanced Microsoft Excel skills to track program performance.
- Prepare and generate detailed reports.
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve project and program goals
Requirements
- Proven track record of working in the energy industry.
- Familiarity with donor organizations and the grant application process.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
