Job Summary:

To support the HR unit in conceptualization, development, and management of HR Systems with focus on the availability, confidentiality and integrity of data at all time.

Responsibilities:

  • Management and administration of HR systems.
  • Development of HR tools and extensions to HR systems.
  • Pilot HR Campaigns at the affiliate level.
  • Dynamic environment with constant changes. Need to constantly liaise with other HR teams to understand and analyze business needs.
  • Ensure clean and high-quality data is maintained in the HR database.
  • Follow up on implementation of personnel updates in the HR system and confirm data integrity.
  • Approve requests of users of HR systems.
  • Ensure all request and updates forwarded to the HRIS team are implemented.
  • Ensure availability of the HR Systems and application at all times.
  • Advise Users on the Business processes for daily activities.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Good people management skills.
  • A good knowledge of HR Information Systems processes and procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSql, SAP, and PL/SQL.
  • A background knowledge of reporting development and integration.
  • Good knowledge of system testing and debugging. ? Exceptional MS Excel skill.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of middle tier software development tools like C#.NET, Java
  • Good knowledge of Javascript frameworks e.g. Angular, React and CSS.
  • Working experience in a similar position and environment.
