Summary:
Social Media and Event Manager responsibilities will include managing the company’s online presence through social media platforms and the planning and execution of exhibition and events, essentially overseeing both digital and in-person marketing strategies to engage audiences and promote brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Content creation and scheduling: Developing and posting engaging content across various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., aligning with brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
- Community engagement: Interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering online conversations to build a strong community around the brand.
- Social media analytics: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement, and conversion rates to analyze campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
- Social media advertising: Managing paid social media campaigns to target specific demographics and achieve marketing goals.
- Event Management:
- Event planning and logistics: Developing event concepts, managing budgets, selecting venues, coordinating catering, and overseeing all logistical aspects of an event.
- Event marketing: Creating marketing materials, promoting events through social media channels, managing event registration, and generating attendee interest.
- On-site execution: Coordinating event staff, managing event flow, addressing issues on-site, and ensuring a positive attendee experience.
- Post-event analysis: Evaluating event success through feedback surveys and data analysis to identify areas for improvement
