Warehouse Operations Officer at Dufil Prima Foods Ltd

Dufil Prima Foods Ltd is one of the leading FMCG companies in Nigeria with eight processing locations across the nation.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and finished goods
• Support inventory counting and stock reconciliation activities
• Ensure proper storage and FIFO/FEFO compliance
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Prepare dispatch documentation and coordinate loading activities
• Operate within established warehouse procedures and controls
• Work with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in minimizing stock losses and operational inefficiencies
• Generate basic warehouse and inventory reports

Requirements:

• A Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in;
  • Logistics & Supply Chain
  • Business Administration, Industrial
  • Management
  • Statistics
  • Economics
  • Engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills High level of integrity and attention to detail
