12 month Graduate Internship Program at ExxonMobil Nigeria (Pharmacist)

Role Summary:

We invite Qualified graduates who are Willing to participate in the Company’s one year graduate internship program in fulfilment of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), contributing in fresh graduates’ professional development and exposure to the benefits the experience of working in a multinational organization afford.

Responsibilities

  • Prepacking of drugs.
  • Arranging drugs issued from the store into the appropriate dispensary shelves.
  • Assist the pharmacists in dispensing of drugs to and counselling of patients on the use of the drugs.
  • Assist the pharmacists in other administrative functions in the dispensary like compiling requisitions, imputing drugs received into the system, recording, etc.
  • Dispensing stock taking.
  • Recording drugs received into the bin cards.
  • Unpacking and shelving newly received drugs to their position in the store.
  • Packaging drugs and sending to other locations.
  • Assist in store quarterly stock taking.
  • Recording of invoices received into appropriate registers.
  • Preparing cargo manifests for items for shipment.
  • Filing of documents.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the head of pharmacy.

Requirements

  • Pharmacist with Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree (B. Pharm) with aminimum of (2nd Class Upper.
  • Registered Member, Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN)
  • Must have completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) within the past 2 years.

  • Interpersonal Skills and problem resolution
  • Communication and counselling skills
  • Commitment to high standards and timeliness
  • Proficiency in the use of computer software and e-mail applications
  • Effective presentation skills
