About the Program
The 2025 Women in Power Trainee Program aims to attract a diverse group of young and brilliant female electrical engineering graduates to be developed into strong solar engineering industry leaders. we are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the renewable energy sector. Our one year trainee program offers a unique opportunity for aspiring female engineers to gain hands-on experience in solar energy projects. Participants will work alongside experienced professionals, receive mentorship, and engage in comprehensive training sessions.
We are seeking hardworking, motivated, and well-organized individuals with a focus on continuous improvement to exceed expectations.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable University
- Must have Completed the Compulsory NYSC
- 0 – 2 years experience
- Strong interest in solar energy and sustainability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
