Our diverse portfolio includes eight key brands marketed across more than ten South and West African countries, encompassing a range of products such as Tomato Paste, Instant Noodles, Instant Beverages, Biscuits, Confectioneries, Edible Oil, Pasta, and Dairy.

Applications are invited from Suitably qualified Nigerians to fill the position for the 2025 Caraway Graduate Trainee Program

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics or similar fields from a recognized institution
  • Minimum second-class upper grade
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for sales.
  • Flexible to be located in Lagos, Ondo, South-East, Kano, Enugu and North.

Required Skills

  • Complete the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Approach work with agility, energy, and vigor.
  • Possess strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrate abilities in problem-solving, critical analysis, and creative thinking.
  • Be willing to learn, adapt to new situations, and embrace a growth mindset.
  • Be open to relocation and working across different locations within Nigeria.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
