Job Summary:
- The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to provide young graduates with hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the company’s operations.
- Successful candidates will undergo structured training and rotational assignments aimed at developing future professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning across departments.
- Support day-to-day operations under the supervision of senior staff.
- Assist in research, data collection, and reporting tasks.
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and commitment to learning.
- Complete all assigned projects and meet performance milestones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in any relevant discipline (Engineering, Sciences, Business, or Social Sciences).
- Must have completed NYSC.
- 0–1 year post-NYSC experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a structured work environment.
