We are hiring to fill in the following positions:

1) Logistics Officer

Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the full supply chain lifecycle, including inventory optimization, vendor performance improvement, risk mitigation, and the planning and execution of logistics operations to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as CILT, CPIM are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics coordination or end-to-end supply chain management, preferably within large-scale infrastructure, oil & gas, or energy sector projects.
  • Proven expertise in logistics planning, regulatory compliance (including NCDMB guidelines), inventory control systems, and logistics risk mitigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics operations involving heavy equipment, hazardous materials, and specialized transportation
  • High proficiency in the use of logistics and supply chain management tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

2) IT Support

Job Summary

The IT Support personnel will provide technical assistance, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems across the company while ensuring compliance with IT policies, regulations, and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years practical experience in IT support with relevant technical certifications such as CCNA, MCSA or ITIL are preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory Networking, and Intune
  • Hands-on experience with hardware and software installations.

3) Control Officer

Job Summary

The role is responsible for planning and supervising the structural works of buildings and infrastructure construction.

Requirements

  • Must possess Engineering degree in Civil/structure or any related engineering discipline from a reputable tertiary institution, COREN certification is an added advantage
  • A minimum of 10 to 12 years’ work experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Proficiency and experience with structural analysis and design software (ep., TEKLA, SACS, STAAD Pro, CAP)
  • Ability to analyse survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other topographical and geological data for project planning.
