We are seeking qualified candidates to fill in the following positions

1) Field Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of operators to deliver simple and complex activities in the plant.
  • Manage the shutdown permit and isolation management process.
  • Apply the emergency response procedures where and when necessary
  • Report and close out UA/UC
  • Serves as PTW signatory.
  • Apply the HSSE policy, legislation applicable to crude oil transfer and export.
  • Adhere to plant operational procedures.
  • Monitor, control and record production rates and performance.
  • Start-up and commissioning of installation.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on process facilities to ensure stability
  • Perform daily first line monitoring of process parameters and variables.
  • Gather daily production data, determine the production performance.
  • Participate in console review meeting, Daily notification and YTT review meeting.
  • Prepare daily production report for NUPRC.
  • Execute daily communication and Shift handover
  • Ensure optimized chemical injection rates are followed as advised.
  • Prepare equipment for maintenance interventions, plant isolation etc
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to execute planned activities.
  • Supervise preparation of equipment for maintenance including isolation, draining, steaming, and other procedures as required.

Requirements

  • OND/HND/ B.Sc. in sciences/engineering with 5-year work experience as a Control Room Supervisor, Control Room Operator in an oil and gas facility
  • Must have at least five (5) years’ experience in RAEC terminal operations
  • Minimum of 5 to 12 years working as a Control Room Operator, Field Operations technician or permit coordinator in an oil and gas producing field location
  • Asset Management and Logistics support Experience in Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited
  • T_BOSIET certification
  • Knowledge of Process and Personal safety.
  • Ability to read and interpret process engineering flow schemes (PEFS) and process documents.
  • Skill level knowledge in running/managing in permit systems.

2) Senior Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Serves as permit to work signatory and administer safe system of work
  • Apply the Health Safety Security and Environment policy, legislations applicable to crude oil transfer and export.
  • Carry out First Line Maintenance (FLM) on Power Generation and key distribution systems
  • Carry out scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) or Electrical HV/LV equipment in the Terminal,P
  • Adhere to plant operational procedures.
  • Execute daily communication and end of run handover.
  • Prepare equipment for maintenance interventions plant isolation etc.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to execute planned activities
  • Collaborate with Plant operators to execute front line maintenance activities in the plant.
  • Supervise the activities of the frontline maintenance team
  • Troubleshooting of safety critical equipment and control system.
  • Supporting the production staff in maintaining facilities.
  • Assist the maintenance team to cope with high number of activities to sustain asset integrity/ equipment availability
  • Comply with HSE practices and procedures.

Requirements

  • National Diploma (ND)/HND or equivalent in Sciences/Engineering with 5-8years work experience as a field operator or maintenance technician in an oil and gas facility
  • Prior experience in an SPDC/Renaissance Oil Terminal Power Generation should be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory rule within FOT Maintenance team.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex Electrical and Control system schematics.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and fault rectification in Mars 100 Solar Turbines used for power generation
  • Must have transformer and Switch gear certification from NAPTIN
  • Must have cable jointing and termination certification from NAPTIN
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft office fools (Excel, PowerPoint, and word)
  • HV Overhead line (Up to 33kV) specialist
  • Must have NEMSA Electrical Installation Certification
  • Knowledge of Process and Personal Safety.
