Lead a team of operators to deliver simple and complex activities in the plant.
Manage the shutdown permit and isolation management process.
Apply the emergency response procedures where and when necessary
Report and close out UA/UC
Serves as PTW signatory.
Apply the HSSE policy, legislation applicable to crude oil transfer and export.
Adhere to plant operational procedures.
Monitor, control and record production rates and performance.
Start-up and commissioning of installation.
Perform basic troubleshooting on process facilities to ensure stability
Perform daily first line monitoring of process parameters and variables.
Gather daily production data, determine the production performance.
Participate in console review meeting, Daily notification and YTT review meeting.
Prepare daily production report for NUPRC.
Execute daily communication and Shift handover
Ensure optimized chemical injection rates are followed as advised.
Prepare equipment for maintenance interventions, plant isolation etc
Collaborate with other disciplines to execute planned activities.
Supervise preparation of equipment for maintenance including isolation, draining, steaming, and other procedures as required.

OND/HND/ B.Sc. in sciences/engineering with 5-year work experience as a Control Room Supervisor, Control Room Operator in an oil and gas facility
Must have at least five (5) years’ experience in RAEC terminal operations
Minimum of 5 to 12 years working as a Control Room Operator, Field Operations technician or permit coordinator in an oil and gas producing field location
Asset Management and Logistics support Experience in Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited
T_BOSIET certification
Knowledge of Process and Personal safety.
Ability to read and interpret process engineering flow schemes (PEFS) and process documents.
Skill level knowledge in running/managing in permit systems.

Serves as permit to work signatory and administer safe system of work
Apply the Health Safety Security and Environment policy, legislations applicable to crude oil transfer and export.
Carry out First Line Maintenance (FLM) on Power Generation and key distribution systems
Carry out scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) or Electrical HV/LV equipment in the Terminal,P
Adhere to plant operational procedures.
Execute daily communication and end of run handover.
Prepare equipment for maintenance interventions plant isolation etc.
Collaborate with other disciplines to execute planned activities
Collaborate with Plant operators to execute front line maintenance activities in the plant.
Supervise the activities of the frontline maintenance team
Troubleshooting of safety critical equipment and control system.
Supporting the production staff in maintaining facilities.
Assist the maintenance team to cope with high number of activities to sustain asset integrity/ equipment availability
Comply with HSE practices and procedures.

National Diploma (ND)/HND or equivalent in Sciences/Engineering with 5-8years work experience as a field operator or maintenance technician in an oil and gas facility
Prior experience in an SPDC/Renaissance Oil Terminal Power Generation should be an added advantage
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory rule within FOT Maintenance team.
Ability to read and interpret complex Electrical and Control system schematics.
Proficient in troubleshooting and fault rectification in Mars 100 Solar Turbines used for power generation
Must have transformer and Switch gear certification from NAPTIN
Must have cable jointing and termination certification from NAPTIN
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft office fools (Excel, PowerPoint, and word)
HV Overhead line (Up to 33kV) specialist
Must have NEMSA Electrical Installation Certification
Knowledge of Process and Personal Safety.
