1) Compliance Officer

Job Summary

The Compliance Officer at Jawa International Limited is responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all legal, regulatory, and industry standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other applicable health authority regulations.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND Physical sciences/Biological sciences.
• Experienced or inexperienced candidates with good knowledge of key concepts will be considered.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., NAFDAC) for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet regulatory deadlines.

2) Production Supervisor

Job Summary

The Production Supervisor at Jawa International Limited is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant production of pharmaceutical products.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related Physical/Biological Sciences.
• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

3) Safety Officer

Job Summary

The Safety Officer at Jawa International Limited is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND Graduate with level 3 ISPON Certificate from Alausa.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in safety role, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, NAFDAC regulations, and ISPON requirement on safety occupational health & safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

4) Medical Representative

Job Summary

The Medical Representative at Jawa International Limited is responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and other key customers.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 3-4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience will have an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Sales negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

5) Marketing Area Manager

Job Summary

The Marketing Area Manager is responsible for leading and supervising Medical Representatives within an assigned territory to achieve sales and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in any science-related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience as an Area Manager in a pharmaceutical company.
• Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
• Result-driven with excellent team management skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
