Marconi.NG EPC Limited is a Nigerian Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI) company that operates mainly in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors, providing engineering, fabrication, construction, logistics, and project management services.
We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team in the following positions:
1) Bids Engineer (Proposal Engineer / Cost Estimator)
Responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for EPC projects.
- Develop detailed cost estimates and pricing models.
- Review tender documents and identify project requirements.
- Coordinate bid submissions across Engineering, Procurement, Projects, HR, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Participate in bid clarification meetings and negotiations.
- Ensure timely and complete tender submissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Proposal Engineer, Cost Estimator, or Bids Engineer.
- EPC, Oil & Gas, or Construction experience required.
- Knowledge of estimating software and tendering processes.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills.
2) Industrial Relations & Risk Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement industrial relations strategies.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
- Engage with labour unions and community stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate workforce-related risks.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Advise management on employment and industrial relations matters.
- Support project mobilization and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience.
- EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, or Industrial environment experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law
3) People Mobility Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage expatriate mobilization and demobilization.
- Coordinate visas, work permits, CERPACs, and immigration processes.
- Manage local and international travel arrangements.
- Coordinate flight bookings, accommodation, airport transfers, and logistics.
- Manage employee rotation schedules.
- Liaise with immigration authorities, travel agencies, and logistics vendors.
- Maintain mobility records and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in employee mobility, immigration, travel, or HR operations.
- EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, or multinational project experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Nigerian immigration processes.
- Excellent planning and coordination skills
4) Legal Advisor
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate EPC contracts and commercial agreements.
- Advise management on legal, contractual, and regulatory matters.
- Support procurement, commercial, and project teams.
- Manage legal risks and compliance obligations.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external counsel.
- Support dispute resolution and corporate governance activities.
Requirements
- LL.B and B.L (Call to the Nigerian Bar).
- Minimum of 7 years post-call experience.
- Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, or Infrastructure industries is mandatory.
- Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian commercial and corporate law.
5) Head of Fabrication & Construction
Responsibilities
- Lead fabrication and construction operations across multiple projects.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Manage fabrication, welding, construction, and field execution teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project standards.
- Drive cost control, schedule adherence, and operational excellence.
- Develop operational KPIs and performance reporting.
- Mentor and develop technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years experience in fabrication, construction, or EPC operations, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive EPC, fabrication yard, or Oil & Gas construction experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication codes, welding standards, construction methodologies, and project execution.
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
